Privacy policy

MercadoDice does not require sign-up and does not collect personal data directly. This page explains what data is processed when you visit the site and who processes it.
Data that is processed
- Approximate country: the server reads the country reported by the visitor's network to decide whether to show Polymarket sign-up links. It is not stored or linked to any person.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log the IP address, browser and requested page to run and protect the service.
- Usage metrics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, an aggregated, cookie-free analytics service, to know which pages are read.
- Storage in your browser: the market board keeps already-downloaded prices in
sessionStoragefor a few minutes so it does not request them again when you change pages. It is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your browser.
Advertising and third-party cookies
Some pages show Google AdSense ads. About those ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. To do so they may read or place cookies, use web beacons and receive your device's IP address.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and from other vendors at aboutads.info.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before advertising cookies are used, through a Google-certified consent management platform.
